Epe, located along the Lekki-Epe corridor shares a boundary with the Lekki free trade zone - Alarocity which covers 2000 hectares of land.
Alarocity is set to attract startups, expats, tech professionals, oil and gas professionals and other high networth individuals that would work in the other free zones.
The Alaro city has areas for warehousing, schools, hotels, offices, and healthcare facilities with the capacity for 30,000 residents and The talent city, a city in Alaro city, alone would house 1000+ residents.
Property investments in Alarocity are in thousands of dollars so it would be only natural that people who cannot afford to live in this axis would find alternatives nearby in Ibeju Lekki and Epe.
In lieu of this, properties in Epe are already fast appreciating and Epe is already largely residential with rent for two bedroom apartments going for as much as N400,000 per year.
Epe also boasts of good road networks - one of the best in Lagos. Epe road network is known to connect to Ikorodu, Itokin and also to Ijebu Ode Ogun state.
