Femi Osibona of Fourscore Homes is the developer of the ill-fated fatal 21 storey tower along Gerrard road Ikoyi that collapsed on Monday 1st November 2021.
He is apparently good friends with the Lagos state governor, Babajide Sanwo Olu. Is this relationship a conflict of interest that affects other business areas and has subsequently resulted in this collapse because of sharp practices?
